The whole background story fuses on the mysterious and powerful Great Cataclysm, which fills up the whole space. It caused the planet Sarnaut to be destroyed and the planet splinters were called Allods. In the years to come those Allods developed independently from each other until one of the six races, the Gibberlings, developed a way to protect people and ships from the Great Cataclysm - but unfortunately this caused an ongoing war between the two factions, alliance and empire.
