  Ubisoft Mixtape Vol. 2 is the second of two promotional DVDs that sent out to select Gamestop stores to specifically be distributed to employees as part of Ubisoft's Level Up program. The Ubisoft Level Up program seems to have been an incentive program that encouraged Gamestop employees to familiarize themselves with Ubisoft games and news in exchange for prizes such as games and merchandise.
